Changes by size or reference

Remember that the pantyhose must have the safety seal, which guarantees hygiene for you and all our clients.
We only change the complete set, it applies to underwear.
Accounts with 15 days for changes for being intimate clothing.

Changes for quality

We guarantee our garments but remember that they are manufactured in large volume with love by women who can go unnoticed a mistake.
Our garments have 30 days of exchange for quality and you do not have to pay shipping or additional costs.

Returns

The product must have labels and a hygiene safety seal.
We only make returns of the complete set.
If you don't like the product or it meets your needs, we can refund your money, between 3 and 8 business days directly to your bank account or payment method used.
You must bear in mind that for this option, the product must first arrive at our warehouse and be checked.
You have 30 days to make returns.
