Exchanges information
You can made changes by size or reference
Remember that panties must have the safety pin, which guarantees hygiene for you and all our customers. We only change the complete set, it applies to underwear sets. You have 15 days to change because it is intimate clothing.
Exchanges for quality
Our garments have 30 days to exchange for quality and you should not pay shipping or additional costs.
Returns
- The product must have labels and a hygiene safety seal.
- We only make returns of the complete set.
- If you don't like the product or it meets your needs, we can refund your money, between 3 and 8 business days directly to your bank account or payment method used.
- You must bear in mind that for this option, the product must first arrive at our warehouse and be checked.
- You have 30 days to make returns.
