Changes by size or reference

• You can make changes if you are not comfortable with your purchase.
• The product must not show signs of use and/or washing.
• Remember that panties must have the safety seal, which guarantees hygiene for you and all our clients.
• We only change the complete set, it applies to underwear.

The maximum time allowed for changes is 30 days.

Changes for quality

• We guarantee our garments but remember that they are manufactured in large volume with love by women who can go unnoticed a mistake.
• Our garments are covered by a warranty for manufacturing defects in seams, fabrics, and accessories. However, this does not cover damage caused by improper use and/or washing without following the care instructions detailed on the garment’s label.

Our garments have 30 days of exchange for quality.

Returns and money refunds

• The product must have labels and a hygiene safety seal.
• We only make returns of the complete set. it apply to underwear sets.
• If you don't like the product or it doesn't fit your needs, we can refund your money.
• The product must not show signs of use and/or washing.
• If you wish to request a refund for your order, please note that a fee of $18 USD will be retained to cover shipping, advertising, and logistics expenses. Alternatively, you can choose to receive the full amount as store credit, with no deductions or additional costs.
